Bio
Mountain Water Management & Services, LLC was founded in 2020 by Patrick Baird. Patrick is a longtime local of the Tahoe Basin, and he has over 12 years of experience in the water industry. He graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and a concentration in finance. His certifications in the state of California include:
-Grade 2 Wastewater Collection Operator
-Grade 3 Water Treatment
-Grade 3 Water Distribution Operator
-Grade 3 Wastewater Treatment Operator
Throughout his career, he has worked with Fortune 500 companies, and public water districts such as the City of Aspen, Tahoe Truckee Sanitation District, and Sierra Lakes County Water District. He has experience in operations, engineering, water compliance and regulation, project management, utility rate analysis, budgeting, and customer services. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends playing in the mountains, whether it be hiking in the summer or skiing in the winter.
